Submitting Updates and Requests – The Easy Way!

The first step in updating is to go to the Support Request page: Monthly Requests

The next question is: What sort of request are you making?

Updating the Site

Click on the button labelled “Website Update”.

1. Fill in the client contact details (we need these details so we can get a hold of you if necessary).
2. Fill in the field Subject of Request (Please try to give a descriptive subject, to make it easier on our Updates staff.)
3. Fill in the field Provide Complete Update Details Here – please be as specific as possible. If you are wanting to add specific wording or text, please copy that text (as a whole) into this field so we can add it.
4. If you want to upload images, files, or a document with more detailed update requests, you can do so by clicking the button next to “Attach Files”. That will bring up a file upload selector button; click it and choose the file from your computer. To upload multiple files, just click the “plus” sign next to the upload selector button and another will be added!
5. Check over your update request for completion and accuracy, then when you’re ready, click “Submit Request” and your update will be sent to our Updates Team.
6. You’re done!

Getting Technical Support (Email/Domain Help)

Click on the button labelled IT Support.

1. Fill in the client contact details.
2. Fill in the “Issue Subject”. Please try to use an accurate descriptive name, i.e. “email bouncebacks” or “not receiving email”, as that helps the support staff take care of emergency situations quickly.
3. If the issue is on a website, please enter the link to the page containing the issue.
4. Finally, let us know what the problem is in the “Your Message” section. Please be as descriptive as possible, giving the relevant error codes or messages if you have them.
5. Please attach screenshots of the problem using the button next to “Attach Screenshot(s)”; that way we can see what you’re seeing.
6. Check over your submission to make sure details are accurate, then click “Submit Request”
7. You’re done!

Updating Account Information

Click on the button labelled Update Account.

1. Fill in the client contact details.
2. Fill in the “What would you like to update?”.
3. Finally, let us know what the problem is in the “Your Message” section. Please be as descriptive as possible, giving the relevant error codes or messages if you have them.
4. Check over your submission to make sure details are accurate, then click “Submit Request”
5. You’re done!

That’s it: You’re Done!
