Resetting Your Password

If you have an email account with Web Works, there are two options for resetting your password.

First, a test: if you can go to http://webmail.yourdomain.com and log in to your email account, you should be able to update your email account password by clicking on the Options link on the left side of the page, then clicking on Global Options, then clicking on Authentication Credentials.

If you can’t log into your email via http://webmail.yourdomain.com (it brings up a blank page) you’ll need to request a password change from our support staff, via our Update Request page.
